Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at The Car Cover. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-800-221-0718 or email us email@example.com to inform us of your problem.
We are extremely confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if we do not surpass your expectations for any reason, we will issue you a prepaid return label. No questions asked!
We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our cover you may return for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. A Return Goods Authorization Number will be issued so that you may return your product. .
The Car Cover cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid with a Return Goods Authorization Number prominently displayed on the packaging. You may obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number on qualified returns by calling us, toll free at 1-800-221-0718. Or you may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to fill out an email request for assistance. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.
All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
