A:We accept all major forms of credit card, which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Currently, you can make secure purchases through Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?
A:We do accept international orders. All our international shipments are shipped through the United Post Office using First Class International Mail.
How long does my car cover warranty last?
A:All orders come with a 30 day return policy to get a full refund. All orders will be fully refunded except for shipping and handling costs.
All warranties beyond the 30 days qualify for an exchange of the original purchase with the same item. This does not include shipping costs.

Where can I find my tracking number?
A:Using your order#, simply enter the information at our "Order Status" section, and all your information will be found there. If you have any problems, please contact a representative for assistance.

A:While our site lists nearly all vehicles, in case you can't locate your partcular model/make, please contact a representative, and we'll do our best to find you the perfect cover for your model/make.
What is the inquiry form?
A:Sometimes reaching companies can become difficult because some email services might not properly send to our system. In order for you to email us quickly and know for certain we were contacted, you can use our easy to use inquiry form. Just include your name, number, e-mail address, and any information or pictures you wish to send us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I just bought a car cover for my vehicle, but how do I put it on?
A:Simply take the end of the car cover (generally indicated by a flap at the end), hook it on to the back bumper, and stretch the cover over to the other side of the vehicle until it reaches over the front bumper.
With some cars this might not be as accessible because of the shape or design, but each cover uses elastic edges to fit around the entire automobile easily.

How do I remove or take off my car cover?
A:While there isn't any best way to do take off a car cover, we advise that you fold the cover towards the roof of your automobile, starting with the sides and then working your way to the front and back ends. This keeps out any dirt particles stuck to the car cover's surface from touching your car or the other side of the car cover.
As long as the car cover is kept dry and safely stored either in your car, garage, or storage space, then the cover will remain durable and well kept. Also, occasional cleaning of a car cover every few months will improve the cover's looks and remove dirt that blocks air from passing through.
What is a Cable Lock Kit Set, and what are grommets?
A:Every car cover comes with 2 grommets or eyelets. These holes allow you to tie down your car cover using our Cable Lock Kit Set, which is a long steel cable with a rubber exterior that has two loops at the end, and a brass lock with key. By putting on a Cable Lock Kit Set, your car cover will remain fastened to your vehicle in any form of weather and offers protection against robbers or petty criminals. My car cover doesn't seem to fit my vehicle. Was this a mistake or am I putting it on incorrectly?
A:If you put your car cover on, and it doesn't seem to fit, please follow these steps to exchange your cover:
In case your car cover is too long:
Make sure that the cover stretches across both bumpers. Then, take a picture of the cover on the vehicle and submit it through our inquiry form stating your car's make, model, and details and, if possible, a skew number that can be found on the cover.
Note: Please make sure you purchased the correct cover for the correct vehicle. Our car covers are custom made to fully protect different makes and models. If there was any mistake in your order, please notify us in your message; otherwise, you might receive another incorrect size.
In case your car cover is too short:
Try your best to stretch the cover across the vehicle without tearing it. If you are afraid it will rip, then please supply us with the skew number attached to the cover. If you manage to put the cover on, please take a picture of the cover on the vehicle and submit it through our inquiry form stating your car's make, model, and details and, if possible, a skew number that can be found on the cover.
Finally, once we receive your message, we will notify you about any further steps that need to be taken.
Where is the Checkout? I can't seem to find it.
A:To go to the Checkout, make sure to follow these steps.
1. If you want to purchase a car cover, please go to the home page, thecarcover.com, and Select a Make, Model, Body Type, Year, and Quality.
After Selecting a Quality, please click one of the blue buttons that say "Buy This" to continue to the shopping cart.
3. Your browser should automatically take you to your "Shopping Cart."
To proceed to Checkout, click the green button that says, "Proceed."
You can also continue shopping by clicking the "Add Product" button or simply returning to the home page. As long as you navigate or stay within the site, your shopping cart will remember what products you selected.
If you wanted to change the amount, change the Quantity (Qty.) to the desired amount and click "Update Cart."
If you wanted to Remove the product, please select the white box to the right of the product, and then click "Update Cart."
4. After clicking "Proceed," this should take you to the Checkout.
Please fill out all the necessary information, and then you will be prompted to your method of payment. Please select an option to continue. If you don't know what option to choose or are unfamiliar with how to purchase a product online, feel free to contact us for help.
Make sure to choose which shipping method that best matches your needs.
5. Lastly, when you reach the "Checkout Confirmation," select the option that appears at the bottom of the page.
